Returns: If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason you may return it, undamaged or unaltered, within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (does not include shipping costs). Please notify Northern Nevada Gold if you intend to return an item. In addition, we would appreciate you letting us know why you were dissatisfied.
Ordering: Ordering may be accomplished by clicking on the item you wish to order, then clicking on the PayPal(tm) button. Your order will be taken through PayPal.
If you are not a PayPal member or do not wish to order through PayPal. You may order via e-mail and pay by personal check, (shipping will be delayed until your check clears),cashiers check, or Money Order. As soon as an e-mail order is received the item will be marked as sold. Payment must be received within ten days to validate the order.
